Dawn is the broker/owner of Prestige Realty & Associates, a collaborative real estate office comprised of client-centered agents and licensed support staff. She is also team leader of the Dawn Schultz Team, the only full-service real estate team in the area, providing transaction management and marketing coordination. Dawn began her real estate career in 2010 after serving as a collegiate athlete and coach for more than a decade. Her competitive nature has been a catalyst in creating one of the top-producing real estate companies in the Manhattan (and surrounding areas) market.

Dawn has sold over 400 homes in her career. She attributes this success to her high-performing team, as well as the proven processes and systems that have been established. Access to the #1 real estate platform in the country has been instrumental in the growth of the agency.

Dawn also serves as a coach for Club Wealth, a nationally recognized coaching and consulting agency. As a Club Wealth coach, she mentors agents from all around the country with growing their real estate businesses by way of establishing highly competitive real estate teams. This skill set has also led Dawn to develop many agents to become top producers within her own office. Her passion to coach and teach is easily identifiable in the performance of her agents and the continued growth of their individual businesses.

Family is extremely important to Dawn. She and her husband, Luke, have three daughters, Marisa, Tulsa, and Destin. In her spare time, Dawn enjoys visiting family, traveling, and coaching her kids in sports.

Jennifer joined Prestige Realty in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience of mortgage lending and education. With her strong background, transitioning to real estate was a natural fit.

Renee is originally from Oklahoma where she spent over 30 years in the hospitality industry in roles such as HR Business Partner, Human Resource Director, Regional Human Resource Director, Director of Operations, and General Manager with the Hilton family of hotels as well as Ascension Hospitals throughout the state of Kansas. Her background is founded in strong customer service and great communication skills. She entered the Real Estate Industry a few years ago and joined Prestige Realty and Associates as they opened their new branch office in Kansas City. Renee is a licensed Associate Broker in Kansas and a Realtor in Missouri and is a Zillow Premier Agent. Her area of expertise includes working with Seller’s, Buyers, and Investors. Renee resides in Gardner, Kansas with her husband, Jason. Between the two of them, they share 6 grown children and 7 grandchildren.
